1. How do I make a purchase? 
Find your favorite article/s, select your size, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your order. Happy shopping! 

2. Do I need to create an account to place an order? 
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest — but creating an account lets you track your orders, save your details, and shop faster next time.

3. How do I create an account? 
Tap “Login” from the side menu and enter your email. Once you receive your verification code, enter it to instantly create your account. Stay updated, track orders, and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.

4. How do I edit my details once I have made my account?
You can update your information anytime by clicking on the “My Account” tab. From there, you can edit your billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and other account details.

5. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page to reset your password. For your security, we’re unable to share old passwords via email.

6. Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver all across Pakistan. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
