Returns & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
• You may exchange your purchase within 10 days, provided it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and HYPE packaging.
• The merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at hello@hyperetail.pk or by phone at +92 304 4311144 between 11 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
• If the item has been marked down due to a sales promotion, exchanges will be processed based on the new, reduced price.
• Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges cannot be made during sales or promotion periods, and items purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
• Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
